Free Indoor Air Quality Inspection

We started offering free inspections because too many homeowners had been burned by competitors who showed up, performed a 'cleaning' that wasn't really a cleaning, and disappeared. We'd rather earn your trust by showing you what's actually inside your system before you commit to anything.

Every inspection starts with a camera scope of the major trunk lines. You'll see exactly what we see — on a screen, in real time. We document buildup, identify any biological growth, look for rodent or insect activity, check for disconnected or leaking duct sections, and assess the condition of your air handler and coil.

We also take baseline indoor air quality readings — particulate, humidity, and a visible-dust assessment — so you have a number to compare against if you do choose to book a service. You receive the inspection report by email the same day, with photos and written recommendations.

If your system is in good shape, we'll tell you so. If it needs cleaning, we'll quote it flat-rate in writing. If we find something more serious — like mold, a moisture issue, or duct damage — we'll explain your options including walking away if appropriate. There is zero sales pressure and zero cost for the inspection itself.
